Xamarin Forms and MVVM frameworks part 2: something else?

Ok, ok. My first article about MVVM framework may have been incomplete, and some friends (Norman Mackay and Vulcan Lee, thanks bro) have picked up the phone and start to remind me of things I have forgotten.

This is the reason why I decided to write this new post (Question… is better to write a new post or update the first one? I don’t know).

So, these are two other options you can use as MVVM frameworks. They are (I think, I am not  a specialist) two .NET frameworks born for Windows app (so they are not born specifically for Xamarin Forms). With the coming of Xamarin, they have been adapted to work also with Xamarin Forms and other Xamarin products.

MVVMCross is a cross-platform MVVM framework that enables developers to create cross platform apps. Additional support is available for Xamarin.Forms and the Android support library. Lots of plugins are available as well.

You can find detailed information in the site

MVVMLight. The main purpose of the toolkit is to accelerate the creation and development of MVVM applications in WPF, Silverlight, Windows Store, Windows Phone and Xamarin.

You can find detailed information here

And now?

Is this the end? There are other MVVM frameworks we can add to the list? Would you like to share with me which is your preferred MVVM framework (if you use MVVM, obviously).

Let me know!
